Service Description

Anti-bully workshops for kids, utilizing the principles of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to empower children with confidence, discipline, and self-defense skills. Our engaging program teaches practical techniques while promoting resilience and respect, ensuring kids can stand up to bullying both on and off the mats. Join us in fostering a supportive community where children learn to protect themselves and develop lifelong skills in a safe and positive environment. Attendees should wear comfortable athletic clothing free of zippers and buttons, and bring something to drink. Flip flops or crocs can also make getting on and off our mat area easier.
